How Did Renta Caza Get Started?
My career started in finance, on Wall Street. It gave me discipline and structure — but eventually I realized I wasn't meant to just work. I was meant to create. My husband and I built our first hospitality business together, running a concierge service in a luxury building. That's when everything clicked — my grandmother's love of welcoming people, my father's drive to build, my mother's eye for detail, and my own discipline from finance, all pointed to the same place: hospitality.
