Renta Caza Property Management fees
Property Management- 20%-30% commission of rental revenue. (Excludes taxes & fees) Our fee is based on each individual clients needs. While some prefer to manage the calendar and guest communications but need someone to be the “boots on grounds“, others may want someone to oversee the entire operation. That’s where we come in.
Onboarding Fee- $1350.00 + up includes listing creation & optimization, copywriting, professional photography, digital guidebook and rental agreement. We know the process. We want to help make the entire launch as seamless as possible. Let us help you get started!
We do offer a monthly property maintenance package. Please reach out as pricing is tailored to each properties unique needs. We can help match you with the best vendors in your area or we can totally work with yours- the choice is yours.
